MB39A136PFT-G-BND-ERE1 Overview
Capsuled in the 24-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 4.5V~25V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for a -30°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 500kHz with this switching controller. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Current Limit, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. voltage regulator dc to dcs with a 80 % duty cycle are designed to be reliable when powered on and powered off. The temperature should be at least -30°C. There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when dc regulator runs. It would be 24-TSSOP for this part's supplier dc dc controller package. This controller contains 2 phases.
