MAXQ2000-RFX+ Overview
In a 100-LQFP package, the MCU is available. The board has 50 I/Os. Surface Mount is the mounting type of the Microcontroller that is attached to the panel. The 16-Bit core is the core of the MCU. There is a type of program memory called FLASH in the Microcontroller. In this Microcontroller, temperature is controlled within the range -40°C~85°C TA. The MAXQ® series includes this electrical component. 64KB 32K x 16 is the size of its program memory. This device belongs to the MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs category.
