The product is packaged in SOT-23-6 in order to facilitate transportation.A comparator with an output type of CMOS, Rail-to-Rail, TTL is being used.This device is designed in Tape & Reel (TR) case.There are6 terminals on the comparator.Electronic comparator is a part of Comparator family.With a 5V voltage supply, the comparator can perform multiple demanding tasks.In general, the chip type can be classified as General Purpose .The board includes 6 pins.Electronic comparator is recommended that you mount the device using type Surface Mount .In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C .The comparator consists of 6 pins.You can find more pin-to-pin solutions for your special requirements by searching MAX998 .There is a quiescent current of 650μA in this comparator.The PCB or other board can be mounted using the Surface Mount on it.Electronic comparator is recommended that the nominal supply current for the device be set to 650μA .Current supply exceeding 650μA could cause disfunction of the compartator.The device can be powered by 3/5V power supplies.Electronic comparator is possible to input up to 75nA current into the device.
