This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. The 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 245 to be essentially indestructible. There are 24 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock, Crystal.
