Serializer/Deserializer is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case.This product comes packaged in a 64-TQFP Exposed Pad case as shown in the picture.Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended.This device will vary its temperature range based on -40°C~105°C TA's temperature range.The chip has an output voltage of 1.7V~3.6V volts, which is the supply voltage for the chip.The user can enter input using CML forms.An interface IC is recognized as having CMOS, LVCMOS output type as its output type.1 inputs should be operated.In addition to maintaining 30 outputs, the device can also generate DC outputs.Parts related to the MAX9260 family can be found by searching.64 pins are available on the chip.There is a 3.6V-volt operating supply voltage specified for the chip.There is an electrical component included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.Temperatures below -40°C should not be used for this part.During operation, the temperature must stay below 105°C.
