The case is delivered in a Tube shape.There is a 48-LQFP case in which it is packaged.Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended.-40°C~105°C TA operating temperature of the device is variable over a wide range.The supply output of the chip is 1.71V~3.6V volts.There are LVCMOS, LVDS, LVTTL form for the user to enter input.ICs with LVCMOS, LVDS, LVTTL output types are recognized.To operate, there are 18 inputs.In addition to maintaining 1 outputs, the device can also generate DC outputs.An interface IC type LINE DRIVER can be assigned to the part.48 terminations are present in total.Serializer/Deserializer can handle voltages up to 3.3V.A part of Line Driver or Receivers is this chip.As a result of its ability to deliver voltage at 3.3V, it can be used.
