A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 6 terminations were made. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 4MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.8V. The output current of 500mA makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 5.5V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V.
