For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. A SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -25°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 13kHz 100kHz 250kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.5V 2.5V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin 2Vin. DC DC switching regulator's 50mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility.
