This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER, it is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER-type voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package to save space. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. As long as its operating temperature is -25°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 6kHz 50kHz 130kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 1.5V 2.5V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to -Vin 2Vin.
