As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER. There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Voltage regulators should be operated at 0°C~70°C TA temperature while operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 6kHz 50kHz 130kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.5V 2.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to -Vin 2Vin volts. As a result of the 50mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design.
