MAX851ISA+ Overview
As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -25°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 100kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -1.28V -4.1V.
