There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 500kHz 1MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.6V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.8V.
