As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 4 in total. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. In this PMIC, you can find TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your reference. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, IC powers are 4 pins on the board. 4 pins are on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 2.5V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 11V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. The power management's supply current is 6.5μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MAX837, the base power ics number. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 6.5μA at the most.
