As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 5 in total. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. A supply voltage of 5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. Power managment ic pin count is 5. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1.2V for this PMIC. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. Supplied with a operating current of 10μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. It is always advisable to use MAX824, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. To be able to work, this power management requires 5V volts of power.
