There are 3 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are 1 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. IC management is packaged as a TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, IC powers are 3 pins on the board. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.2V for this IC power. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. Supplied with a operating current of 17μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified.
