MAX803REXR+T Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). There are SC-70, SOT-323 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. A supply voltage of 3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The mount is provided by Surface Mount.
