As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 16 in total. A Tube package is used to package the power management. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by Through Hole.
