A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package to save space. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Through Hole mounting system.
