This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at 0°C~70°C TA. There is a switching frequency of 160kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 6.2V.
