It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 16 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 1.8V as an input voltage. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 3.3V 5V volts.
