As you can see, this power management is mounted through 16 terminals. It is packaged with Tube. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. As with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 2 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Pin count of the power management is 16. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 3V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Through Hole mounting is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to 0°C~70°C TA degrees. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Push-Pull. Supplied with a operating current of 300μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. It is always advisable to use MAX696, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. In order to operate this power management, it requires 3.3/5V volts of power. A maximum supply temperature of 300μA can be used with this power management.
