Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 3 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 6. This power management has 6 pins. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 800mV. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management.
