There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are 2 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Multi-Voltage Supervisor line. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. In a 2 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. This power management system has 5 pins. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 800mV. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 15μA. It is always advisable to use MAX6718, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
