Power management is mounted through 6 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are 2 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. As a reference, this IC power includes SOT-23-6 functions for your convenience. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. Power ics operate at 2 supply voltages. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. It has a total of 6 pins that are attached to IC management. There are 6 pins on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 800mV for this IC power. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 15μA is the recommended value. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MAX6715, the base power ics number. The voltage supervisor requires a power source of 1/5V volts in order to work correctly.
