There are 10 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 245 for the package during reflow. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. A supply voltage of 4 is used to conduct the PMIC chip.
