A total of 10 terminals are used to mount this power management. Tube-packaging is used. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. Power management consists of 4 channels, each of which can be used independently. As a reference, this IC power includes 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions for your convenience. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. A supply voltage of 5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip.
