There are 10 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tube model. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. A series of 4 channels can be found on this supervisor. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. Power ics operate at 4 supply voltages. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. In total, IC powers are 10 pins on the board. This power management system has 10 pins. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 2V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating.
