Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. There is a switching frequency of 500kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
