This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. There are SC-70, SOT-323 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When 3.6V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. 3 pins are present in total in this power management. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1.2V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The supply current of the power management is 3.5μA. It is always advisable to use MAX6464, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 3.5μA can be used.
