There are 4 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. There are TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. It has a total of 4 pins that are attached to IC management. There are 4 pins on the power managment ic. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 2.5μA is the recommended value.
