For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 65kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.2V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.31V 5V.
