MAX6380XR42-T Overview
This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a SC-70, SOT-323 package. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 245 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 3. Pin count of the power management is 3. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1.2V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 1μA.
