This voltage supervisor has a total of 6 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. A Strip package is used to package the power management. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 2 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are SOT-23-6 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Battery Backup Circuit products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. The supervisor is always powered by a 2.38V volt supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. 6 pins are present in total in this power management. Pin count of the power management is 6. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 0V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 15μA is the recommended value. Among other features, IC power can be also taken advantage of [0], for instance. A power supply of 2.5/5V watts is required for the operation of this power management.
