MAX6351LRUT+T Overview
This power management consists of 6 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are SOT-23-6 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 6. 6 pins are present on the power management system. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. For this power management, there is an 20μA volt supply current. There are other features such as CAN ALSO BE OPERATED WITH 3.3V, 5V SUPPLY to name a few.
