This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. Manage ics operate at 3V supply voltages. IC management conducts in a 4-voltage supply. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. 10 pins are present in total in this power management. There are 10 pins on the supervisor. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 2.5V. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. The power management must be powered by 3/5V volts to function properly.
