There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3V. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. In total, it has 4 pins on IC management. This power management has 4 pins. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.2V.
