It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. As a reference, this IC power includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your convenience. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. Power management is also possible to add other features such as RESET THRESHOLD VOLTAGE IS 4.63 V to name a few. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MAX6320, the base power ics number. A power supply of 3/5V watts is required for the operation of this power management.
