This power management consists of 8 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. IC management is packaged as a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When a supply voltage of 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Power management has a total of 8 pins. There are 8 pins on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be 0°C~70°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The supply current of the power management is 4μA. There are other features such as ADJUSTABLE WATCHDOG TIMEOUT, PUSH/PULL OR OPEN-DRAIN OUTPUT OPTIONS to name a few.
