As part of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, PoE controller is embedded.Packaged in the manner of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).The type of this PoE controller is Controller (PD).Channel number is growing strong/weak: 1.PoE operates with the operating temperature of -40°C~85°C to ensure its reliability.This electrical Po E controller operates at voltage 36.6V~67V.A base part number MAX5940 can be used to identify its Po E controllers according to that number.Termination with a 8 termination involves terminating a transmission line with a power over ethernet controller of matching impedance.There is a maximum power of 12.95W Watts that can be generated by this electrical ethernet over power controller.As you can see from the image, it is equipped with 8 pin count.Taking into account the supply current, 400μA is the value.There is a Po E controller named Power Management Circuits that includes this Po E controller.During reflowing of the electrical ethernet power controller, the peak temperature (Cel) reaches 260 °C.Ideally, the supply voltage should be greater than the 48V value.The maximal current (Vsup) supplied for its operation reaches 67V.It operates from 48V power supplies.Its operating supply voltage is 64V.
