A low voltage of 9V should be applied to the electronic component. If put voltage greater than 135μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 20V. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4.5V. The electronic component can function from 20V. 225MHz bandwidths enable data to be transferred. A Drain to Source resistance of 25Ohm is shown for this electronic part.
