In the package, you will find a 12-WFBGA, CSPBGA-case to contain the op amp ic. An op amp ic of the General Purpose type. Linear amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There have been a total of 10 terminations over the past year. In this case, there are 10 pins on the board. Please take in mind that this instrumentation amplifier should be run at 5V.
