MAX314LEUE+T Overview
Presented in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 1 channels. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO/NC switching circuits. The multiplexer consists of 4 circuits. MAX314 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 10Ohm. Datasheets for 16 pin functions are available upon request. In this analog multiplexer, the value is Multiplexer or Switches. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 30V. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Dual, Single supply. It is recommended to use 4.5V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. If you put voltage higher than 200μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. For this multiplexer, dual supply voltage is feasible, but it should not exceed 20V. When using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4.5V. The outputs of this digital multiplexer are SEPARATE OUTPUT in number. The electrical part can be operated at 20V voltage levels.
