MAX314EUE+T Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 1:1 represents the number of circuits. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 16. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. An 15V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. Electronic part bodies are injected with 16 pins. Multiplexers built on a SPST - NO/NC switching circuit are built. A total of 4 circuits make up this switch device. MAX314 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. There is 10Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. The analog multiplexer shown here is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Users shouldn't supply more than 30V voltage to the switch device. There should be 4.5V voltage fed to the electrical part below 4.5V. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 1μA. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 20V. You should attach at least 4.5V voltage if you are using dual power supply. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output. There is a voltage range of 28V operating voltages for the electrical part.
