MAX313LESE+ Overview
Presented in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tube. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. Totally, there are 16 terminations. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 100pA. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 20V. With dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4.5V. This electrical part is compatible with 20V operating voltages.
