MAX3108AEWA+ Overview
The 25-WFBGA, WLCSP package is the most cost-effective.There are 1, UART channels used for transmission.The type SERIAL IO/COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, SERIAL is used to identify the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs on the board.In order to configure this device, 25 terminations are used.This device is powered by a voltage of 2.8V.Currently, this electronic part is Obsolete.As a way to communicate data, the board has 1 serial I/Os.Mounting is done through Surface Mount.UART operates on a voltage of 1.71V~3.6V.IC clock frequency is set to 35MHz.In its configuration, it is designed around the 25 pins.A few characteristics of Internal Oscillator can be found in it.Maximum operating temperature is 85°C.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C is possible.Supply currents up to 500μA are allowed.
