MAX309CUE+ Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 4:1. Around 0°C~70°C TA is the extended operating temperature. The total number of terminations is 16. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 4 channels. Powered by a 15V voltage supply, the electrical part should be switched on and run. There are 16 pins injected into the electronic part body. Based on SP4T switching circuits, these analog multiplexers work. This multiplexer is composed of 2 circuits. Try searching for MAX309 variants of the analog switch ic. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 175Ohm. For details about the functions of 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 30V. Dual, Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. It is recommended to use 5V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. This multiplexer would work with 500μA current. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 20V. The voltage should be at least 5V if you are using dual power supplies. A voltage of 28V can be used to operate the electronic component.
