LED drivers benefit from this IC's enhanced 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.The receiver is packaged in a Tube package.Several solutions have used this Driver can transceiver in a variety of applications due to its Driver IC nature.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this wide receiver.With respect to the power supply, this differential driver uses 4.5V~5.5V.It is possible to have up to 5/0 receivers/drivers in use simultaneously with this electronic part.IC receiver's like this are designed for applications requiring a 0°C~70°C operating temperature.Driver ICs with a supply voltage range of 5V can operate efficiently.This integrated circuit has 20 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.The transceiver is packaged with 20 market standard pinouts so that it can be easily used.The base part number MAX230 identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc., so you can search for more variants by using it.An enhanced power dissipation control driver IC featuring 20 pins.Its package size is drastically reduced by downsizing ICs and utilizing high-density Surface Mount mounting techniques.There are two types of input voltage supply available for this IC, 5V.This driver IC is designed to operate from a 5V power supply.On the part, 5 drivers are embedded in order to facilitate the operation of the device.Additionally, the optical transceiver module's EXTERNAL CHARGE PUMP function provides improved signal management accuracy and stability.There are 10 serial I/Os on board this IC, and it has a standard VGA interface.
