MAX1970EEE+T Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable (Programmable) output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.4MHz. Regulator 2.6V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.6V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 1.2V 1.5V 1.8V 2.5V 3.3V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 750mA output current. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.5V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V. The regulator voltage is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory of voltage regulators. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the MAX1970 family.
