Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. This harley voltage regulator has 14 terminations. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. There is a switching frequency of 300kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.9V. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory.
