For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable (Fixed) output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2.2MHz. Regulator 3.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1V 5V. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 14V as the nominal input voltage.
